<p>Der <b>Sinusoid</b> (Adjektiv <i>sinusoidal</i>) ist eine <a href="Sinus" class="mw-redirect" title="Sinus">sinusförmige</a> <a href="Funktion_(Mathematik)" title="Funktion (Mathematik)">Funktion</a>, die aus der Sinusfunktion durch <a href="Skalarmultiplikation" title="Skalarmultiplikation">Skalierung</a> von <a href="Amplitude" title="Amplitude">Amplitude</a> und <a href="Frequenz" title="Frequenz">Frequenz</a> sowie <a href="Phasenverschiebung" title="Phasenverschiebung">Phasenverschiebung</a> gebildet wird. Er bildet die Grundlage der Darstellung im <a href="Frequenzspektrum" title="Frequenzspektrum">Frequenzbereich</a>.
